WE ARE ANN ARBOR'S NANO-CANNERY, FOR NOW WITH JUST A SMALL SHOP LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TOWN, JUST OFF OF ELLSWORTH ROAD. OUR BEER IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN SOME OF THE CLASSIEST JOINTS IN AND AROUND TOWN.

OUR APPROACH TO BEER IS HEAVILY INFLUENCED BY TRADITIONAL RECIPES AND PROCESSES, BUT WE DO LIKE TO JUMP OUTSIDE OF THAT BOX OCCASIONALLY.

OUR PEOPLE

TEO WATSON-AHLBRANDT

Master of the brewing arts, scientist with attitude.  Teo's journey to beer Nirvana began back in his days at Zingerman's Deli.  He began making meads and ciders but once he tried his hand at the art of beer his passion ignited.  

He has worked at several Michigan Breweries including Arbor Brewing Company, Dark Horse, Original Gravity as well as starting the Biercamp and Big Hart beer programs, winning gold and silver medals in the process.
